My husband and I spent the day here while we waited for a late departure. The day was much cooler than normal so we spent time in the coffee shop. The coffee was fantastic and Arturo was a wonderful barista! He was so polite and held a nice conversation with while we passed the time. We then had lunch at Allison’s and had the best tacos we’ve ever had!! Sergaud was our waiter and did an amazing job in taking care of us! Highly recommend this hotel and all its amenities!!

Sergaud delivered what can only be described as a masterclass in hospitality. From the moment we were seated, his professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth elevated the entire dining experience far beyond expectations. He anticipated needs before they were even expressed, ensured every detail was flawless, and did so with a calm confidence and sincere smile that made us feel truly valued as guests. What stood out most was his exceptional balance of efficiency and personal connection. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly took great pride in his work. Service like this doesn’t just happen—it reflects dedication, skill, and a true passion for excellence. Sergaud is an absolute asset to Hilton and a shining example of what world-class service should look like. Because of him, our experience was not just memorable—it was exceptional. Hilton is fortunate to have someone of his caliber representing their brand.

If you enjoy the thrill of paying premium prices for the privilege of being nickel-and-dimed, Hilton Cabana is waiting for you. Do yourself a favor and reject any room ending in "06" immediately. It’s a viewless shoebox that no status-holding member should ever be subjected to. We had to stage a minor protest to get moved to a room that didn't feel like a walk-in closet, which is exactly how I love starting a vacation. Once you’re settled, perform a formal inspection: check if the phone actually works and pray you like your showers at a permanent "molten lava" setting, because the temperature dial apparently only moves in one direction—up. The logistics are equally adventurous. If there’s another car in the driveway when you arrive, don’t expect the valet to move it; you’re better off settling in for a long winter. The "resort fee" is a work of financial fiction, granting you the "luxury" of a beach lounger while charging an extra $30 a day for an umbrella. And whatever you do, guard your towel card with your life. If you lose that plastic slip, they’ll charge you enough for a replacement towel to fund a small startup. It’s a bold way to treat guests, but hey, at least the mattresses are rock-hard if you’re looking to align your spine via blunt force. On the bright side, the front desk staff is genuinely friendly, and the on-site coffee shop is actually good. Just be prepared to blow your entire $30 F&B credit on two coffees and two pastries—a bargain in a world where math doesn't exist. Housekeeping is also a bit of a "choose your own adventure" game; they didn’t bother showing up on our second day despite a specific request. The location on the beach is undeniably great and the two-pool setup is a nice touch, but you’ll need to be poolside by dawn if you want a seat. It’s a beautiful spot, provided you don't mind the feeling of someone reaching for your wallet every time you blink.

We enjoyed dinner at Allison's Restaurant and server Ina was awesome. She is so friendly and gave us good suggestions for dinner and local places to see. Jofran is also friendly and attentive. The chicken empanadas are so good! The oceanfront room has a beautiful view and large balcony. I would like more storage area in the bathroom, but the decor is very nice in the bedroom. The front desk staff is amazing! Very accommodating and prompt.

Sergaud Breakfast. I highly recommend the Hilton Cabana breakfasts, both sweet and classic. The service is excellent and the food is delicious. As for the hotel, like most on the beachfront, it's showing its age. It's clearly been renovated, especially in the lobby and conference area. Unfortunately, the rooms are small compared to my experience with Hilton hotels. Another plus is the two swimming pools (near the beach entrance and on the third floor), which keep it from getting crowded. We spent five nights here. Overall positive impressions.

Stayed here for 3 nights over Christmas. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some clear highlights. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, and the room view was enjoyable. Breakfast was very good, and the temperature-controlled swimming pool was a nice surprise—especially at night and definitely an added bonus. The resort fee felt worthwhile, as it includes beach chairs, towels, bicycles, and other amenities. As a Diamond member, the benefits were a bit mediocre, but that may be due to the Christmas holiday and high occupancy. There was no significant room upgrade, and the dining credit only covered one of two guests breakfast after mandatory service charge and tax, which was fine but not ideal. A few areas for improvement: there were no toothbrushes available for the first two nights, which was inconvenient. Also, the towel card system adds unnecessary friction—especially since the cards themselves ran out at one point. Using room number and last name instead would create a much smoother guest experience. Overall, a solid stay with a great location and amenities, but some operational details could be improved to better match the brand expectations.

Wesner and Sergaud made my stay at Hilton Amazing! They were friendly and went above and beyond providing excellent customer service. They walked me through the menu recommending dishes that were delicious and were very attentive. Thank you both for being inviting and making my stay memorable.
